MISSION OVERVIEW
The core mission of the Unity of Effort Foundation is to foster unity and empower churches to make positive impacts on their communities daily through dynamic ministries.
We believe in providing essential support and guidance to churches, enabling them to create impactful community ministries that resonate with the modern world.
DYNAMIC MINISTRY
Dynamic Ministries are ministries that are outside of the traditional setting of the normal church services and are more mainstream and visibly recognizable in the community. For example, a Christian music record ministry or Christian clothing ministry.
Types of Service
There are 3 types of service in the Unity of Effort Foundation
Non-member Steward of the Gospel: Being a member of the Unity of Effort Foundation is, absolutely voluntary and any person who just wants to serve in their churches traditional services can continue to do so without any affiliation or involvement in dynamic ministry. Non-member Stewards of the Gospel are traditional church attendants and are not required to adhere to the guidelines of the Charter of Holy living and Daily Service.
Volunteer Service Stewards of the Gospel: Any person who volunteers in any capacity to support any Dynamic Ministry by providing hands on involvement must adhere to the guidelines of the Charter of Holy Living and Daily Service. Volunteers who provide direct support are bound by all directives stated in the Dynamic Ministry Volunteer Contract Agreement. However, any person who supports dynamic ministries through financial support only are not required to follow the Charter of Holy living and Daily Service. Volunteer Service Stewards are not contracted and therefore are not entitled to any benefits of compensation for service provided to support Dynamic Ministry.
Member Steward of the Gospel: Member Stewards are contracted and therefore are entitled to all benefits be they financial or otherwise for service support involving Dynamic Ministry. Member Stewards are required to follow the directives stated in the Charter of Holy Living and Daily Service.
Service Duty Requirement Mandate All Member Stewards are required to fulfill all requirements of the Basic Gospel and Serving Others Course before they are contracted. All members to include Board members are required annually to perform several serving others duties.
Unity Through Ministry
Dynamic ministries will create a bridge where different denominations of Christian Churches can interact, network and build the Kingdom of God together as one unified Body! For example, a singer serving with the Dynamic Ministry Heavenly Voices Music Group which is managed by 1st Baptist church of Fountain Colorado, needs a outfit to wear at a Christian outreach concert. A clothing request is sent to the Dynamic Ministry Crown of Thorns Outfitters that is managed by 3 in One Methodist Church. They collectively work together finding the right outfit for the event. At the end of the concert during the altar call 15 people came to know Jesus Christ as their Saviour and Lord! Four of the 15 shared their testimony and said they seen that the singer was dressed similar to them so they didn’t feel judge and were open to the message of Christ.
CULTIVATING COMMUNITIES
Dynamic ministries serve the communities they are placed in. They accomplish this through the Church(s) they are managed by. Any Church that is a member of the Unity of Effort Foundation are provided the resources necessary to build Dynamic ministries in there communities and Staff these ministries with members of the communities they serve regardless of the Christian denomination they belong to.
